Can I exchange my item?

Yes, Exchanges will be made 30 days from purchase with this warranty and tag without exception.  Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them.For return shipping and handling will apply.

Do you offer custom made jackets?

Yes. Our custom service means that you can have your jacket tailor made to your exact measurements.
Please contact our design team at [email protected]  and we will assist you in getting the perfect jacket.
We charge a 10% of sale price fee for this customization service this fee it’s only online.

 

The jackets have warranty? 

Yes, Our leather goods have  one year warranty from purchase date. This covers confection defects and materials. This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. For repair shipping and handling will apply.

How do i take care of my jacket?

QIU leather products are designed and crafted of the finest materials available. To maintain the appearance of your QIU leather product we recommend the following:

Treat the item with care, and limit exposure to direct heat and sunlight.

Keep this item dry, and avoid damp or wet surfaces.

Do not use any chemical cleaners to care for this product.
